An hour to slow down amid the business of everyday life and move into relaxation.
During a yoga class, we practice becoming aware of our physical sensations, but also of our thoughts and emotions. And by the end of the day, that can certainly feel quite chaotic! We work with breathing exercises, stretches, and some more powerful postures. Throughout the class, there are options to adapt the exercises to your needs and abilities. No previous experience is required.
Please bring your own yoga mat, comfortable stretchy clothing, and a blanket. Please also note that these yoga classes are taught in English.
